1. Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately we don’t have a showroom. We do however offer free home consultations where our team can visit you to show you our beautiful fabric range. We can also help you take measurements in your home if needed. What’s more, we carry out a thorough WhatsApp consultation with each client to find out exactly what you’re looking for and to discuss all details before finalizing the order. So if you’re a busy professional or out of the country, you can place your order via WhatsApp.
2. What’s your production timeline?
Fully upholstered items like beds and sofas have a quick production timeline, where as wood items like tables, wood chairs or barstools usually take a little longer.
Fabric Beds - approx 1-2 weeks (can be ready in as little as 3-7 days with expedited production)
Sofas - approx 2-3 weeks (can be ready in as little as 4-10 days with expedited production)
Wood items/shelving/tables - approx 2-3 weeks
The earlier you place your order the better for us. Even if you don’t need your furniture ASAP, early placed orders help us efficiently organize our production schedule. If you need fast delivery, send us a WhatsApp message and let us know your timeline.
Please note, we always deliver on time or early! We stick to our delivery timelines so you can order with total peace of mind
3. What’s your order process?
Send us a reference pic with approximate dimensions. We will send you an approx quote.
We then proceed with a home or WhatsApp consultation to select fabric, wood finish, wood paint colour etc. We also finalise accurate dimensions and then provide a final quotation.
Invoice is sent with payment and deposit details.
Once deposit is received, we send a drawing or photo of your order annotated with detailed dimensions. When dimensions are approved by client, we start production.
Once your order is ready in our workshop we send clear photos of it. The remaining balance for your order is required 24 hours before delivery.
Our expert, professional and polite delivery team will deliver and assemble the furniture in the room of your choice. Please do check your furniture thoroughly and ask any questions before our team leave.

4. What’s included in a home consultation or WhatsApp consultation?
Our consultations are free of charge (one per order). During a home consultation, our team will visit your home and bring our beautiful fabric range for you to view. Our team can suggest what fabrics would work best with the design you have chosen and are happy to answer all your questions. If you’re looking to order an item with a wood finish, we will show you our wood veneer samples. For items in a solid wood colour you can select any Jotun paint colour (we dont have samples for this but you can visit any Jotun retailer such as Ace Hardware to view samples). We also use marble/stone, we don’t have samples for this however we provide pictures for you to select from. WhatsApp consultations are essentially the same, we will send you clear pictures/videos of our fabrics/veneers and can describe the feel of the fabric etc. Many of our clients place orders via WhatsApp consultation so don’t worry if you’re not available for a home consultation. Home Consultations available in Dubai and Sharjah only, for other emirates its WhatsApp consultations.
5. Do you provide dimensions for every order?
Yes! Once you have finalized your order by sending the deposit, we will send you a photo or drawing with detailed dimensions of your furniture item(s). You can discuss the dimensions with us, ask any questions and make changes if you’d like. Once final measurements have been approved by you, we then start production.
6. Can I see my order before delivery?
Yes! We provide every client with clear pictures of their order once it’s ready in our workshop. We make sure you’re totally happy with your furniture before delivery.
7. Do you provide mattresses with bed orders?
We do not sell mattresses, all bed orders are for the bed frame only; mattress not included.
8. I’m moving into a new villa but it isn’t ready yet. Can you delay delivery and store my furniture?
Unfortunately we do not have storage space in our workshop. Due to this, we have to deliver your furniture as soon as its ready in our workshop. If your new home isn’t ready for delivery, we can deliver to a different location. We can deliver your furniture and leave it wrapped up in plastic wrap and unassembled. If you need us to revisit for assembly, this may incur extra charges (only applies for Dubai and Sharjah). For other emirates we cannot revisit for furniture assembly.
9. Can your delivery team help move my old furniture?
When we’re delivering a new sofa or bed for example, your old sofa or bed should already be disassembled and moved out of the way so our team can deliver safely with plenty of room to maneuvre. Their path of entry should be cleared for safety. If you need help moving a small piece of furniture to another part of the same room thats totally fine. If you need help moving large pieces, our team can help with this at an extra charge. However you must let us know in advance so we can make sure we have enough time in our delivery schedule for this. Please note, we cannot help move your existing furniture upstairs or downstairs.
10. On reupholstery orders, do you keep the old fabric?
No, as standard we do not keep the old fabric for reupholstery orders. If you’d like us to keep the old fabric please let us know before placing the order and we can let you know if this is possible.
11. What is included in reupholstery orders?
We of course change the fabric in our reupholstery orders. We also take care of any minor repairs or gaps in the polyfibre/soft topping. When we remove the old fabric, if we see that your reupholstery item requires significant repair, we will contact you and let you know if we can carry out the repair and the extra cost for this. You can decide if you’d like us to carry out the repair or not.
12. Do you reupholster IKEA furniture? How much does reupholstery cost?
We generally don’t reupholster IKEA pieces or furniture from big box stores. This is because we offer a premium reupholstery service that is best suited for pieces that you’re happy to invest in. Bed reupholstery price start from Dhs 1,000, Small sofa reupholstery price starts from 1,300 . We also have pick up and delivery charges for reupholstery. Pick up Dhs 250, Delivery Dhs 250. Whether you’re getting one or several pieces reupholstered, pick up and delivery charge remains the same; therefore its more economical to get several furniture pieces reupholstered together.
13. Do you stock any ready made furniture?
We don’t, our furniture is strictly bespoke with each piece tailored for each individual client. We’ve never created the same exact piece twice! However due to our fast delivery times, you’re getting the best of both worlds, custom unique furniture at close to ready made delivery times! For example, our most recent order was a sofa bed ordered on a Thursday. By Monday it was in our client’s home ready to be used!
